- Common side effects of Brodalumab may include headache, joint pain, fatigue, diarrhea, throat pain, and sinusitis. Serious side effects like changes in mood or behavior, suicidal thoughts, or severe allergic reactions are rare but possible.

- Brodalumab is not recommended for use during pregnancy as its effects on fetal development are not well-established. It is also advised to avoid breastfeeding while on Brodalumab due to the potential risks to the infant.

- The effectiveness of Brodalumab can vary from person to person. Some individuals may start experiencing improvements in their psoriasis symptoms within several weeks, while for others, it may take longer.

- Brodalumab can be used as a monotherapy or in combination with other systemic therapies or topical treatments for psoriasis. However, it's important to discuss with your healthcare provider about the potential interactions and contraindications before starting combination therapy.
