Directions for Use
The dose for UrthPet D-Wormer is 1 tsp per 10 pounds of body weight (330 mg/kg).
For maximum control of an infestation: Administer Daily for 10 Days.
For maximum prevention: Administer Every Third Day in Adult Pets.
For kittens and puppies: Administer Daily for 6-8 Weeks to Prevent and Control Infestation, or as recommended by your veterinarian.
Lactating pets: Should be treated 2 weeks after whelping or queening. Administer Every Third Day, or Daily, depending on the animals condition or as recommended by your veterinarian.

- You can hide the powder my mixing it in a small amount of food or form a paste with a few drops of water and use an oral syringe to place it in the back of your pet's mouth for forced swallowing.
- Make sure that the pet eats the complete dose.
- Watch the pet for a few minutes after dosing to make sure the dose is not rejected.

Recommended Deworming Schedule
Consult your veterinarian for assistance in the diagnosis, treatment, and control of parasitism. De-worming schedules and the use of UrthPet D-Wormer for prevention of worms may vary depending on the climate where you live and the activity of your pet.
Re-treatment
Re-treatment of your dog may be necessary as determined by laboratory fecal examination and/or if your pet is living where re-infections are likely to occur. Consult your veterinarian for assistance in the diagnosis and prevention of re-infection. In case of re-infection with tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum), consult your veterinarian for advice on how to remove fleas from the pet and the environment.
