DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For the removal of large roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms in adult or young dogs, weighing more than 25lbs., administer these tablets according to the weight of the animal.

NOTE: For puppies or small dogs weighing less than 25 lbs, use Durvet Triple Wormer Chewable Flavored Dog De-Wormer Tablet for Puppies and Small Dogs. Durvet Triple Wormer Chewables are recommended for dogs 12 weeks of age and older.

Offer proper dosage by hand or in the dog's food container, with or without food. 

Do not withhold food from your dog prior to or after treatment.

Consult your veterinarian for assistance for the diagnosis, treatment, and control of parasitism. De-worming schedules may vary depending on the climate where you live and the activity of your dog

The safety of Durvet Triple Wormer Chewables in breeding dogs and pregnany bitches has not been determined.

In case of ingestion by humans, contact a physician immediately. Physicians may contact a Poison Control Center for advice concerning cases of ingestion by humans.
